Corrections and removals

Our attorney rankings and proceeding lists are compiled from USPTO public records without solicitation. If a listing is wrong, or you would prefer not to appear, tell us and we will correct or remove it. We do not require a reason, and nobody pays to appear or to be removed.

What we cannot help with

We are not a law firm and cannot give legal advice, tell you whether a mark is safe to use, or act for you before the USPTO. For that you need a licensed trademark attorney — our attorney rankings are a starting point, and the USPTO publishes guidance on hiring one.
