Trademark Portfolio Review Law Office plan
Everything that could go wrong across a portfolio, in one view, sorted by what is most urgent.
Portfolio problems are rarely dramatic. A deadline nobody diarised, a mark that changed hands without the record catching up, an opposition filed against a client's application. Each is small until it is not.
Paste a list of serial numbers or an owner name and get every one of those surfaced at once, ordered so the urgent items are at the top.
Deadlines across every mark
Section 8 and renewal windows for the whole portfolio, with anything inside six months flagged.
Ownership that has moved
Checked against assignment records, so a mark recorded as transferred shows who holds it now. Security interests are reported separately — a lender taking collateral is not a change of owner, and reporting it as one would be wrong.
Board exposure
Which marks belong to owners with TTAB history, as plaintiff or defendant.
Per-seat activity and CSV export
On the Law Office plan, every search and report is attributed to the person who ran it, exportable for billing or file notes.

Common questions
How many marks can I review at once?
Up to 500 per review, by serial number or owner name.
Where does the ownership data come from?
USPTO assignment records, ingested daily. Security interests are classified separately from transfers, because most recorded assignments are collateral rather than sales.
